Dischord was invited to perform for an event hosted by the English Language Programs. The ELP offers instruction in English as a second or international language and exposure to the cultures of the United States. They also offer testing, consulting services, and cross-cultural training.

If you would like to help in the fight against hunger, come join us at the Newman Center for the Empty Bowls charity fundraiser - a simple meal coupled with information about hunger includes entertainment from various groups on the Penn campus for an informative and enjoyable evening. All proceeds go directly to UCHC (University City Hospitality Coalition).

Dischord performs at Penn for Life's Coffeehouse

Where: Irvine Auditorium Cafe
Penn for Life will be hosting a Coffeehouse in conjunction with the Penn Coalition of Undergraduate Women as part of Women's Week. Dischord will be singing to help raise money for The Drueding Center/Project Rainbow, which offers transitional housing and support services to homeless women and their children in Philadelphia, giving them the tools they need to live full lives and help them to achieve self-sufficiency.

Dischord sings for the AIDS Walk

Dischord sings for the 21st Annual AIDS Walk Philly. Activities begin at the steps of the Art Museum at 9 AM and include a 12K walk and a 10K run. The money raised at AIDS Walk Philly goes toward HIV prevention education, public awareness, and HIV care services right here in the greater Philadelphia region.
